Mantra Total Body
Our Total Body Level 2 class encompasses all aspects of the Lagree method; cardio, strength training, and flexibility work. All levels are welcome in our Total Body classes as options and challenges are offered to meet you at your level and get you shaking and burning! You’ll leave feeling stronger and ready for more!
